Wow. \n\nMy friend offered to go to the hardware store for the parts to finish the job that RC Willey didn't. I will never do business with them again. \n\nOriginal review: We've done business with RC Willey a few times over the years, with more or less satisfactory experiences. One positive experience was a couple years ago with Zachary in appliances. \n\nHowever, we recently had a piece of furniture that broke just under a year after purchase. Dealing with customer service over the phone, then waiting a week for a repair tech to come and examine it, then waiting another week for replacement parts, then another week for the installation guys to come out, only to be bumped ANOTHER week because they had the wrong address (which I'd corrected with them during the very first call) is ridiculous. \n\nAfter talking to customer service and letting them know this was all their mistake and I shouldn't have to wait yet another week, she told me they could come Friday, still 3 days away. Better than nothing, I suppose? But getting her to correct my address was very difficult. After spelling my street name, clarifying the letters (\"J as in John, not G as in Gary), she maintained they had it right. I asked her to read it back one more time and she still had it wrong! \n\nRC Willey, your customer service people need more training. \n\nSales is the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars and not 1."^^ .
