"I'd give 0 if I could because the only thing good that came out of the whole ordeal was the car itself but none of the people or policies minus the salesman are good at that place. The guys in Finance will tear you a new one and so will the guys in the Service Department. Long story short bought a new car there less than a yr ago. Free oil change is fake since you have to do \"recommended maintenance per the manual\". Well thing is recommended maintenance in the manual is 7500/6 months, they of course bump it to 3750/3 months since this place is the desert. Of course the first few services are free but then when you hit around the year mark they want to charge you a few hundred bucks to change the air filter (which I can buy for 1/10th the price they charge at any auto store and snap it right on in the air box), rotate the tires (i can do for free and my best mechanic can also do for free), basically put a couple dollar bottle of STP into the gas tank and charge you almost $100 for that alone when well I can just go to the auto store again..... Then I realize its not worth it when I can change the oil myself or have my best mechanic do it for $20, funny this dealership charges like $50 for an oil change, even my other cars dealership only charges $25 and they even use a synthetic blend.... This place just tries to sell you crap and try to get it back later. Definitely say no to everything optional and watch out cause they do this one thing to everyone which is the DPP (Ding Protection) basically they force you to buy it if you buy their car cause what they do if your car is say $17,500 they will sell you the car at $17,500 with DPP or charge you $18,500 w/o DPP they just knock on $1,000 if you dont want to buy it for well $1,000, so they'll charge you $1,000 for dpp and knock $1,000 off the cars price, no this doesn't cancel out cause that 17,500 was after the $1,000 adjustment when it was 16,500. The finance guy even said basically its do I want to be charged $1,000 or $2,000 more lol declining the protection they charge $2k and accepting $1k, also the DPP doesn't cover shit, its useless. Seems illegal that they force you to buy a warranty that you should be able to decline and pay 0 extra, not $1,000 extra and be forced to buy it or say you dont want to buy it and they want to charge a $2,000 penalty by raising the msrp on the vehicle if you dont buy the warranty. Its like saying we'll only give you the $16,000 car for $17,000 if you buy our $1,000 warranty otherwise we're going to charge you $18,000 for the car and you won't have the useless warranty lol. I just know I'm never going there again or recommending them to anyone. If you really want a Hyundai go somewhere else or go through corporate. Their service dept is also extremely slow, it takes 4 hours to do an oil change you can go somewhere else and have it done in 10-20mins and get a real free car wash with soap, wax, and wipe down, not hard calcified water that dries into spots and not wiped down. Also try going there for a free wash you'll end up on a waiting list when someone standing around could just drive it thru in a couple seconds."^^ . "1"^^ . "2014-10-29T00:00:00"^^ .
