After extensive research and planning I sent her photos of what color I would like to which she promptly said she could do with no problem. \n\nI went in to get navy hair and left with BRIGHT PURPLE HAIR. She did not apologize nor admit any wrong doing but merely told me to wash my hair like crazy over the next few days and the color should fade to blue. It did not. \n\nI went back to her hoping to strip my hair of the purple and bring it back to the ombr\u00E9 it was Before to which she said she could do EASILY. Naively I believed her. I left that day with streaky blonde and turquoise hair. She told me in a few months it would fade to blonde. IT DID NOT. \n\nIt wasn't until a few months later when I found a new hair stylist that I was told blue and green tones are the HARDEST to remove and for a hairdresser to say that she could remove it with no problem would be a complete LIE. \n\nI had been going to Jordan for over a year and had recommended my mom and sister get their haircut by her as well. We were loyal customers and for her not to offer a refund after destroying my hair like this is so unprofessional and discourteous. She never even apologized or admitted that she had messed up my hair. \nNever going back and never recommending Jordan to anyone."^^ .
