"2"^^ . "1"^^ . . "Do NOT go here! After spending upwards of $3500 for my husband to just begin his dental needs we had a horrible experience. A dentist did two of my husbands root canals in 40 minutes. My husband said she rushed and was so rough while doing it. She stuck his temporary crowns back on. My husband immediately noticed something wasn't right with the crowns and the dentist said it was fine. Fast forward 5 hours and my husbands crown falls off while eating soup. We call the office, no answer. We drive to the dentist.. and they are shut. Despite their hours being posted open until 7pm. I get ahold of the emergency on call and she couldn't believe how the dentist did 2 root canals and put crowns back on in 40 minutes. Dr. Nelson, the most disrespectful and incompetent dentist I have ever spoke with gave me a call. He told me it's no big deal go to cvs and pop it back on. I proceeded to explain my frustration at the crappy service we received. He continued to ignore it and say I wasn't there, I don't know, just go to cvs. He had no interest in listening to the concerns. I tell him we have spent over $3500 for a crown that is broken to be popped back on. He said even if I paid $5 he would give me the same answer. I then explained there is a serious issue as right before when we were in the waiting room a patient walked out and as she was talking to the secretary her crown fell off!! I'll spare you the rest of the conversation, but the gist was he didn't care. I explained my husband being in pain. He didn't care. I told him we would be in at 7am when they are listed to be open for the permanent crowns to be put on. He told me he won't inconvenience his clients for that. Lol. Are you kidding? You've inconvenienced me by proving crappy work and service. Needless to say I called back the emergency line, explained what happened, and she was appalled. She said she would be letting the office manager know exactly what happened. Dr. Crum called me apologizing but making excuses for Dr. Nelson that I must have just caught him on a bad day. Again not my problem! Please save yourself the pain, money, and frustration dealing with an office that lacks quality work and provides terrible service.
