"I canceled my service,paid my last bill.\nI was told my balance was zero and that I was actually going to get a prorated refund.\nI specifically asked the customer service agent if I owed anything else....She said no.\nI was then billed $46 and they could not tell me why.\nAside from the fact that it takes hours to get these jerks on the phone....\nThese people are just horrible.\nI paid the $46 to avoid jeopardizing my credit.\nI did not have time to argue with these A holes.\nI hate this company."^^ . .
