"I brought my Persian cat Dobby here for a grooming after having a very bad experience else where and they were just wonderful! \nThe staff were warm and friendly and they took wonderful care of my little guy. He was quite thightly matted and they took great care in giving him a perfect hair cut. \nWhen they noticed the calluses on his toes they were able to quickly ask the vet they are attached to if they are ok to trim. It's really comforting knowing that if anything comes up they have a vet tech literally right next door.\nWhen we left the previous groomer Dobby was quite shaken. But after leaving The Ark he was perky and totally at ease. It's so hard to find a good cat groomer, I will definitely be returning in the future. \nThank you so much to everyone at The Ark for giving me and Dobby a totally positive experience :)"^^ .
