I walked into the women's shoe department and a tall bald man was quick to approach me.. When I told him I wanted to pick up items I ordered online for in store pick up, his tone changed and he had that \"I'm not making money off of you\" face. He said he'd ask a manager cause he didn't know where I should go.. As he went to get a manager, I walked around to look at shoes just to hear him coming out from the stock room talking about me. RUDE! I was shocked.. People at this location are only nice if they're going to make commission off of you. If not, you're just a waste of time. I'll only shop at Nordstrom Ala Moana..
