This is not a very ethical business--incentivizing people for good reviews. Pretty insane.\n\nManagement does not listen to members\n\nThey have run out of towels on three occasions -- seriously what kind of gym runs out of towels?\n\nOne time, a guy was working out completely shirtless. Staff was notified, and nothing was done. How can management let that happen?\n\nThey have way too much cardio equipment that no one uses. Their staff is not properly trained.
