Granted she can get a bit  verbal and loud when she talks but we had hotel staff knock on our door and I answered it just to have a security guard throw a piece of paper in my face ( the hotel bill ) and say keep it down then slam the then slam the door in my face! WOW! I didn't even have any time to explain the situation and they were so rude when I tried to call the front desk to see what was wrong or if anyone complained.\nThey were so unprofessional and  really rude I will not be staying there again!"^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
