I was greeted upon arrival and asked if I wanted the package to arrive for Christmas. I said yes. Told her the value was $120 and answered a few questions. She rang it up, printed a label and told me I could swipe my card. I looked at the screen and it was over $50!!! My package weighed about a pound, and was the size of a large recipe box. Crazy! Who on earth would pay $50 to send a $120 item??? She stated it was the only way I could get it there for Christmas. They could send it ground, but it was not likely to get there. I canceled the shipping, went to the post office where the postal worker happily took my $10 and change and promised it would take 2 days and arrive in plenty of time for Christmas. Never again UPS, never again. What bothered me most, I think is the time wasted ringing me up without even telling me the price ahead of time. She didn't announce the price just asked me to swipe my card. Hmm, did she not think I would look at the price? Never again UPS, never again."^^ .
