Went in on Saturday, purchased a washing machine and paid to have delivered. Was told by the sales associate that it would be delivered on Monday morning. Received a call this afternoon to confirm delivery time of \"4-8.\" I said that we would be out of town and that would not work especially since I was told it would be Monday morning. The delivery man offered no solutions nor apology for the time. I called the store immediately after to cancel the order entirely and convey my frustration. Again, the associate did not even apologize. Was told that I had to come into the store to get the sale refunded to my credit card. In expressing my frustration and after telling the associate that I know it was not him that made the error but that I was frustrated he told me that I \"shouldn't take it out on him.\" Completely unprofessional service. Will never purchase from Sears Outlet again."^^ .
