My name and heart rate plastered on a screen so that everyone can point at it and ridicule my lack of fitness? No thank you. \n\nBut no one pays attention. As the instructors say, don't obsess over the numbers. They'll email you the stats after the class is over. \n\nThe staff at this location is super-friendly. They always great you with a smile when you check-in. One day my tummy was acting up, I walked out, and the instructor ran out to check on me. \n\nAt first I thought that with only three parts (treadmill, rowing, and strength training) that the workouts would get stale. However, the instructors do a great job varying it up. One class we were switching stations every minute, another class we spend 27 minutes total on the treadmill, and so forth. You'll never get bored.\n\nThe music pumps you up, the instructors are great, and I'm a sweaty mess afterwards. I burn more calories doing this workout than I do running the same amount of time."^^ .
