You can trust this company. Now i'll tell you our story.\nWe called this company at 602) 753-2005. Missy was very nice and set up the appointment for the next day. I called on a Sunday at like 5pm. \nDustin came out on Monday, and fixed our springs. He did a great job and was very pleasant and professional. \nTwo days later the door started malfunctioning. Worked sometimes, but not every time. \nMy wife called who she thought was A1 Garage door to come look at it. The guy who came out was a total a-hole, and tried to charge us a $35 service charge for doing nothing. We told him we shouldn't have to pay as this was a follow up/warranty call. He argued with my wife, got pissed, and rushed off angrily. \nWell it turns out it was a scam company who stole the A1 name and logo, and had a different website and phone number. I called the real A1, and they sent the same tech back out. He looked at the issue and told what needed to be done. Then when my wife asked about a second A1 company, he said no there isn't. He immediately contacted not only his boss, but called the \"tech\" from the scam company and grilled him. Dustin was offended that these scam artists were trying to steal from customers and ride the coattails of A1's great reputation. \nThey are going to pursue this other company or group as well they should under the law.\nSo be careful that you have the right company. Call the number on the yelp page. They are awesome."^^ . "4"^^ . .
