Being a food runner was not for me but glad I did it just to have eaten so much of this amazing food. \n\nCan't come here without getting the straciatella from the mozzarella bar. I either pair it with the prosciutto that is such great quality, oven roasted tomatoes or olives. The cheese is so fresh and delicious. I know they get ingredients shipped from Italy and you can tell. \n\nThe tartufo is another must have. I don't live in Las Vegas anymore and any time I come home I have to have this pizza before I leave.
