I guess the one star will go to the last agent i spoke with Roxanne. \n\nI received a coupon in the mail from these guys. They advertise as the \"punctual plumber\". So much so that if you say the word punctual while scheduling your service call is free. I called yesterday and was pleasantly surprised to be offered an appointment today from with an arrival window of 5 to 8,which is perfect as I work during the day. \n\nSurprisingly they didn't show. Or call. I grabbed the coupon for the number at 8 pm,and noticed they offer a no wait guarantee. Something along the lines of $5/min,which is pretty crazy. I'm sure there's a limit,but anyway..\n\nI call the number and at first I'm hung up on saying hello. No big deal,I've worked on call centers things happen. I call back again,and the agent takes my info,and places me on hold. For 8 minutes! Or at least that's where I hung up. I called back again and got Roxanne,who quickly informed me that I was not in the system. She did say she needed to place me on hold,and I asked her to promise she wouldn't make me wait that long,and while on hold the agent who had originally placed me on hold called back. It had been 14 minutes since I had been put on hold\n And when I answered,she informed me that I was not in the system,exactly what Roxanne said. She offered to re schedule and I declined\n We ended the call,and I accidentally ended both calls. Figuring I wasn't going to schedule again I didn't call back. Rocamme actually called me after that,and said they could still come out tonight,but that the punctual discount would not apply,so it would be $129!!!\n\nThey took away the punctual discount after not showing up. Now the agent said that the phone agents for the company work from home,so maybe I just got a bad one as my appointment was just never entered into the system. I guess my complaint is not against the plumbing job they do,as I never got a plumber.
