They push some lady on you who will only contact you through email she will not call you or have you come into the office. They try to scam you and get your money without you signing anything with them. They have a Realtor Name Karla Clifton who actually was a friend of mine but scammed me didn't explain anything to me when we went to the builder I located online and wants to make money off the sell of the home even though she didn't find the home, I didn't sign anything with her and she never explained the registry I signed at the builders office was locking her in as my real estate agent. I have to file a complaint with the BBB. Stay away from this company, If they do this to people that didn't even sign with them I can't imagine what they will do to someone that did sign.
