After looking into a few repair businesses, Action Appliance repair had the lowest service fee of $25 according to their website, so we decided to go with them. When the repairman arrived, not only did he look unprofessional (skinny jeans and no shirt with a company logo), he acted unprofessional as well. My husband and I already had the microwave taken down off the wall to make it easier for repair. The repairman unscrewed the entire cover going around the microwave but then did not even take it off. He then pushed one button, the on/off turntable button. Apparently that was it! One push of a button. He then told me my service fee was $65. On the website it clearly states $25 and there is no mention of any other hidden prices on the site. When I made the appointment on the phone the gentleman stated that if the repairman fixed my microwave I would NOT be charged a service fee. He did fix the problem with the push of one button and no labor behind it, but why $65? The website advertised $25. I believe the company should receive compensation for the work (time is money) but the unadvertised $65 is a bit much. \nI would not recommend this company to anyone looking for professional, honest repair service."^^ .
