"My first impression was when I found valet parking had no valet... at least not for the 10 mins I waited.\n\nThe receptionist who got me my room was pretty good.\n\nI went back to the valet for parking (it's free) where I waited 10 more minutes for a valet to return.\n\nThe pub in the lobby \"The Perch\" seemed like a good choice for food... First I waited to be seated, because of the five tables in the restaurant, three were occupied and two were piled with the previous guests garbage.\n\nThe Perch had an incapable bartender working. With 5 people at the bar and three more at the table, I waited 15 minutes for service. The meal arrived 30 mins after that... Then, a glass of water with my meal took 25 minutes more... she seemed like it was her first day, but sadly, she was a long-term employee... \n\nMy order wasn't difficult, BLT sliders and a water... While I waited for my water, I watched as at least two alcohol consuming customers were served twice. I flagged her 15 minutes in for the water a second time. 25 minutes in she asked if she could get me anything else... seriously...\n\nTwo other couples came in and walked out after 15 minutes of waiting with no contact from the bartender. \n\nMaybe had I been drinking liquor I would have been served faster.\n\nI'll be here a week... if things improve, I'll update my score, but until then, this place seems like a hot mess."^^ .
