Dr Susan is a really nice lady and she talks about the importance of delving deeper into my health rather than accept one Dr.s opinion. \nHer staff who answers the phones really should be counseled or fired. She is short and just doesn't leave you feeling warm and fuzzy. The gal that sits at the window (I suspect she answers the phone) acts like she is just angry every time I see her. She can't even look up and smile at you when you walk in the door! The gal that sits at the other counter, in the hall..she is friendly and helpful EVERY TIME! \nGetting my B12 shot is fast and efficient! I am in and out in 2 minutes! I don't even see the Dr.\nToday was my day for my shot and I have a serious migraine, I can't drive! I called and cancelled, was informed of the 25 dollar cancellation fee. I am shocked! I was however told if I could come in later the fee will be waved. I don't know if I will make it today, the only thing I want shot in me is Demerol! Maybe when hubby gets home I can get a ride from him.\nHere is my thing..I understand policy and it is usually put in place because someone has abused the system but you can't expect your business to thrive if you are going to be ridged! Case by case and be strict for abusers. I have NEVER encountered reviews like this and honestly the responses are harsh and rather rude from whoever monitors the yelp reviews in that office. \nI am going to try to make it in for my shot but if I can't I will walk away from the rest of the Groupon deal then I will contact Groupon and give my experience to them. In fairness, you get a email the minute you turn in your voucher and your first experience is good!
