The grounds and outside appearances are well kept, from daily sweeping of steps and barbeque grill cleaning, to landscape maintenance and the pool. This is a guard stationed gated property and only those with a pass may enter.\n\nThe staff were all very friendly with smiles and greetings. There are many nice amenities from the hot tub and pool to the fitness room and a small on-site store, although there is a Smith's not far down the street. There is a Guest services room with washers and dryers, extra laundry soap and ice and a beverage vending machine. In the room we had a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, electric stove top and a full size refrigerator and coffee maker.\n\nThere is a Pokemon go gym here.\n\nOn the inside, we experienced a range of issues that included, a broken lamp, missing curtains on a bedroom window, to dirty floors what turned our bare feet brown and no spatula among the kitchen utensils. The ceiling must be paper thin because at night we heard every footstep from those staying above us. They also nickle and dime you with phone & internet charges, from 75 cents to make a local call, to a ridicules $10/day for WiFi.\nThere were inadequate electrical outlets in the bedroom, only one side had them. So, in order to plug something in on one side, we had to unplug the extension cord that ran underneath the bed to the lamp and have power to something else.\n\nWe made noise about several of our issues and the message did not get to the general manager who was not there on the weekend. After another call, the general manager wasted no time and made things right.\n\nThis is a time-share set-up and they will offer \"a $100 value\" if you come to their breakfast sales pitch.\n\nWould we come back? Maybe."^^ .
