I have been going to this nail salon since December of 2017, which is not that long. However, since then I have received good customer service. Jayla has always been my go to when it comes to my nails and toes. She always does a good job. Others have worked on my nails and toes as well and I was pretty satisfied with the results. Yet, tonight was a completely different story. I came in for a mani pedi, like I usually do. Jayla worked on my toes and Lily worked on my nails. This was the very first time I had Lily work on my nails. Since I've been pleased with everyone who has worked on my nails in this salon I had no worries. However, I noticed she was having a hard time doing my nails on the massage chair while I was getting my pedicure, and her struggle showed because my nails were not looking good at all. On top of that she was very rough with the equipment and cut me twice on the same finger... When Jayla finished doing my toes, Lily asked me to go to her station because she stated that \"it is harder to do nails on the pedicure chairs\". I gave her the benefit of the doubt given that she already cut me twice. Now that we were at her table I had to repeatedly ask her to buff my nails to even it out. But still my nails didn't not look good... the dipping powder was all over the place. Either it was on my cuticles or my skin. So Lily decided to use the clipper to take the dipping powder of my cuticle, cutting me for the third time and almost ripping my whole cuticle off. My thumb was visibly bleeding and so was my other finger, but she stills asks me \"does it hurt\"??? \n\nI don't know about you but I go to the nail salon to unwind and pamper myself after a long week of work, and certainly not to get hurt or bleed. Although this was my first and worst encounter at this salon. It is unfortunate to say that I won't be going back."^^ . "0"^^ . "4"^^ .
