We wanted something cheap and close to my work on the strip. We live in a junior one bedroom. The apartments aren't anything special, but I loved how quaint and vintage they looked, especially for how much you pay.\n\nThe good: management is great! When we moved in in may of 2014, it was new management, and they've been working on making a lot of changes and making this a better property. Beatrice, the apt manager, is super helpful and genuinely cares about the tenants. We love her. In addition, the maintenance guy is awesome! Very friendly. Our apartment is a half hour walk to the strip, which is the closest we could find to my work. Its also just down the street from many of our necessary shopping needs. The apartments are cute and old, so they have a sort of charm about them \nThe bad: it always kind of seems like the ladies in the office are on lunch?? Whenever I try to see them, they're never there. Maybe I have bad timing. When we first moved in, we had a huuuge bug problem. But after we had told management, it has since greatly reduced. I won't lie, it is a pretty hard part of town. However, I've seen a change in neighbors a few times and now we only hate some of them, not all, haha."^^ . "4"^^ . "2015-02-07T00:00:00"^^ .
