"NEW OWNERS ARE AWFUL.\u00A0 I was in Spin Cycle the other day and the card Loading machine ate my $10 bill and did not return or credit it.\u00A0 Whatever, the things that made you lose a customer were: when you failed to even pick up the phone when I had to call you, after waiting for a promised call back about the incident that never came.\u00A0 I tried several times that day to contact the store. I would have accepted a credit..that day, it was early enough..this happened around 11am-12pm. After another day of waiting and being told that nobody ever told the manager about the problem and to just come back later, I wanted my money back.\u00A0 THERE ARE NO SIGNS STATING THEY DON'T GIVE REFUNDS. or even that they won't credit you same day.\u00A0 They basically called us liars. THEN LIED TO US saying this problem has never happened....the whole 4 months they've owned it...and when I said it HAD happened..the Assistant manager said \" Yes they're old and mess up all the time, that's why we are REPLACING THEM soon.\" \u00A0what in the hell. The Assistant manager is a liar and thief in my eyes.\u00A0 He and his employees are extremely unprofessional. I know you are reading this and will just delete it.
