I went mid week, mid day and there was one person there sitting at the computer. It took him a while to acknowledge me and seemed very reluctant to be there. I asked him if he was the owner - \"No\". Thankfully not so he can be replaced at some point with a person that cares about the customer. He had a condescending attitude, did not make eye contact and treated me as if I was inconveniencing his personal life.\n\nI had visited several shops and Shooter's Vault had the lowest price on the Shield at the time. Although I did not wish to support the business due to lackluster customer service I did purchase the gun there to save a few bucks. I emailed their headquarters about my experience and never heard back. My mistake.\n\nShooter's Vault will not be getting any more of my business."^^ . "1"^^ . .
