Its not only because its not some 10x10 in a grocery store or regular branch where you wait in line for 10 minutes. They have a drive-up with 2 lanes, outside atm and the inside is beautiful, inviting and the tellers are great!! They recognize me even though I'm only in there once or twice a month. The location is easy to drive into and there is always parking. They always have cookies and coffee and occasionally someone playing the piano.\nI signed up at this branch 3 years ago and although I have been convinced at times that I was going to go to a larger bank company..I'm still there and after this week, I'm not going anywhere!!!\nI recently ran into problems with my gym (not naming names or anything LA Fitness) and ended going through BBB but I was charged for months I didn't sign up for which ended me up in the negatives and was charged almost $900 in overdraft fees!!! They immediately refuned me back $206. Which helped for the time being. When everything was corrected with the gym, my bank refunded the rest of the $680 back into my account with very few questions!!
