However, they're always behind. I have even tried their first appointment time and they were still late which is problematic with school-aged children. \n\nIt is difficult to schedule or reschedule appointments over the phone. It's nearly impossible to speak to a person when you call in. You usually have to leave a message & of the few times I have left messages I have not received a call callback. My daughter had acute vision changes and the soonest they could schedule her was three months later. \n\n The front office staff service does not greet patients upon entering, which is not the end of the world, but they are pediatric patients. They should at least be warm, friendly and/or approachable. \n\nOverall, I like the doctor and nurse but if there were other options for my children I would leave this office in a heartbeat."^^ .
