First time I went for a scheduled service at 7am so I took some time off work to get it done early only to find out that they do open at 7 but the mechanics don't come in until 8 or 830. Fail . 2nd time I waited  to schedule a service for 8:30 am just to wait until 9 and still my car was in the parking lot waiting for a tech, Fail. Here comes the one Good part, they could not do the requested service unless I had a part replaced for $350 but they kept it on the rack to show me the problem .
