"I purchased a through the wall air conditioning unit three years ago from Perla's Appliances. The customer service wasn't the greatest, but the 18,000 btu units were limited in this region at the time. \nAfter installation was completed the unit performed very well, until July 2015 when it no longer produced cool air. \nThe unit was removed and taken to the shop for repair and has remained at Perla's ever since. After leaving numerous messages with no return call I stopped at the shop on a Friday & found nothing had been done. It was said of Rocco he needed to consult with a colleague and he'd call by mid-week; he never called. As of yesterday I contacted the manufacturer to see what can be done.
