The decor reminds me of a cigar and brandy room which means a lot of wood and burgundy brown colored leather chairs. When I saw the westerns playing in the background I thought to myself yup... modern day saloon!\n\nThe drinks are the main attraction here with an extensive list of cocktails and spirits.\n\nWe ordered oysters (3, 7, or 12). We opted for 7. (Maybe some weird numerology theory behind this?) This comes with fresh horseradish, Frank's Red Hot sauce, lemon and cucumber mignonette. \n\nThe duck nachos were very bold on flavors and I loved the creamy Monterrey Jack cheese (think Hollandaise consistency).\n\nThe Whitefish Tacos were also quite tasty. While I found the softshell taco to be a bit bland but the batter was well-seasoned albeit a tad thick.\n\nOur server was very knowledgeable . Orders are taken on an iPad.\n\nThe only disappointing thing was they kept running out of stuff. First it was the Rip Van Winkle bourbon (godfather of bourbons); then it was the lemon doughnuts. And to be fair it was only 8:15pm by the time we left.\n\nDon't over order either as they don't have take out containers... tin foil anyone?"^^ . . "3"^^ . . "2"^^ .
