"Our stay was completely awful! The room we stayed in (17045) was disgusting. There was rust around the shower and bath tub. I don't think anyone even attempt to clean the bath tub it looked gross and filthy. Water barely came out the shower head. The bathroom door would not close. It's a sliding door and when we would try to close it it would just go back. The bathroom light switch was cracked. We couldn't get any reception on this floor. All my calls dropped. The mirror had a black stain. Not sure what it was. There were marks on the wall and on the door. The room we stayed in looked a mess. I never experienced anything like this in my life. We stayed at the Flamingo twice prior to this stay. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service. We complained to the manager, Frank, who did not seem to care. I felt like he just shrugged it off. All he did was went back in the back room with his employee for about ten seconds and then the employee came back and told us that we could not get another room and offered us a fifty dollar food and beverage credit. Really? We just complained to you guys about how our room is filthy and all you offer is a food and beverage credit. Mind you fifty dollars is not good enough since we stayed there for six days. That was a sorry excuse. I know that there were plenty of rooms available they just did not want to give us one. There are like twenty-eight floors and you mean to tell me not one room is available? I don't believe that one bit. This was my third and final stay at the Flamingo. I was in Vegas to celebrate my 21st and was very upset at how they treated us. Hell I even had pictures to prove how disgusting our room was. Frank did not seem to care at all. He has the nerve to call himself a manager...what a joke.
