Now, this place supposedly has the best Almond Croissants in the city which was the reason for my visit. When I was in London, every morning I stopped at Paul Bakeries in the Queensway train station for a blend and an almond croissant so I have a pretty good idea about what I am looking for in an almond croissant. We found the bakery despite the lack of street signage and ordered 2 of these $2.50 pastries. While they were good, I though this batch might have been a tad overdone. I look for the filling to have a bit more of a moist consistency. Perhaps they'd be better if they were straight from the oven?\n\nTheir prices seem reasonable. The website could use some work as it is very spartan, although this might be by design. At least an image or two might entice some customers? This being said, it warrants another visit from me."^^ .
