They sent us an appointment card in the mail 2 times over the summer that arrived 2 days before the scheduled appointment. You think they would send the appointment cards at least 2 weeks in advance to allow the kids to make sure their schedule will work with the day. \n\nMy daughter called and made an appointment that did work with her schedule. We arrived on time and then we sat and waited for well over a hour. Finally I asked an employee how much longer and she said they could give my daughter a \"rush\" session but I would have to pay $10.00 for it. I agreed just so she could get her pictures done since she had to be to work.\n\nWhen it was time to go back to view the pictures we were only able to see a paper printout with the shots for the yearbook. They did not show us the other pictures they took of her. We live 30 minutes away from their studio and I will not be going back to see the other pictures. Take your senior picture and then be done with them. Find a great freelance photographer who will save you a lot of trouble and time. This company is not professional and they made the process a huge hassle."^^ . . . "0"^^ . . "0"^^ . "2012-08-17T00:00:00"^^ .
