The electrician arrived and after 1 hour had blown a fuse and killed power to half the house. He didn't seem to understand how the house was set up as he kept asking us where the indoor fuse box was and seemed generally confused. He told us he had to get another electrician to go in the attic and left. He never came back and all calls went straight to voicemail. After calling the company a second electrician was sent out. He worked for about 2-3 hours and left. After the 2nd electrician, the rest of the house lost power. We have 2 working outlets, working AC, and a working fridge. It's now day 2 and they didn't send anyone over today. After another call I was told 2 electricians MIGHT be sent tomorrow after they call our landlord. The man on the phone, Bruce, seemed combative and irritated at us, and didn't offer any apologies or ownership for the problems his company caused. At this point it's plainly obvious this company doesn't know what they're doing and doesn't care about their customers. Do not do business with these people. Steer clear and find competent electricians who have the skills and know how to at least fix a bathroom light."^^ . "2014-10-20T00:00:00"^^ .
