We have a deluxe suite which is their name for it.\n\nCheck-in was relatively painless.\n\nUpon arrival to the room, the phones did not work nor were there any remotes for the tvs. Maintenance quickly fixed that issue. \n\nThe room has a jetted tub. My fianc\u00E9 (we are here to get married) filled the tub and fired up the jets. Nasty black chunks of something coming from the jets. Did this 3 times with no success on clean water. This tub was one of top reasons for booking the room. Documented with video. \n\nRoom was advertised as having a wet bar and dining table for two. Neither exist. \n\nChecklist is taped on the wall by the front door of existing room problems. Photo taken for documentation. \n\nThe view is great and size of room is more than adequate.\n\nSome items have not yet been reported to the staff. \n\nBack in the room. Turn on the tv. Nothing. This is my wedding weekend.\n\nMore to come.\n\nUpdate 02/01/2017\nHard Rock has made very acceptable amends to accommodate the issues we had. I can honestly say my wife and I are very impressed with the attention they paid to us and we eagerly look forward to our next stay in Vegas. We will be staying at the Hard Rock. Thank you to everyone at the Hard Rock who were committed to making things right and helping us through our regret in picking the hotel for our wedding stay.
