Ermanno was our sales contact and he kept in touch with us to be sure we understood the proposal and to answer any questions. Scot and Bryan came out and spent several hours making measurements to be sure that the pieces would fit when the work started so there would be no delay. And then on construction day two crews (or more?) showed up and completed the work of installing a total replacement system for us. We went from a split mobiilehome system to a package system, which was a total replacement. The crew that worked on our project were all courteous and mindful of our comfort while the work was going on. They brought in a standalone room air conditioner to help keep the temperatures down while they did the replacement; it was around 105 that day. The crew was also patient with our barky little dog that greeted them with a loud \"hello\" each time they came in the house (and then went over for pets).\n\nI was impressed that Ermanno offered us an upgraded unit at the same price; this unit had to be changed out after only a week in use.\n\nWe would never consider using anyone else now that we have worked with SMW!"^^ . .
