I like to give the restaurants in the hotel a try.  My husband was craving fried rice so I said why not after I reviewed the Yelp reviews.\n\nHusband ordered the WuHu Fried Rice and I got Saut\u00E9ed Eggplant and Pork and Lettuce Cups.  Everything is cooked to order.
