He was the first excellent experience, no high pressure sales pitch, just a nice layout of the offerings. It was so refreshing because I hated the pitch I received at the other two places I looked at. \n\nI signed up for some help with a trainer - the second exceptional experience! Jonathan is the best fit I can imagine for both the work outs and nutrition guidance. I feel Ike he is truly my partner in getting to my goals. \n\nThey have a significant staff, a large plant, lots of machines, group aerobics, martial arts classes etc. much more than I need. \n\nI love seeing the owner everyday and the friendly atmosphere. \n\nOh, the prices are good too! - Enjoy!"^^ . .
