It's not enjoyable to constantly have to be apologizing and saying \"excuse me\" every single time I need to pick out a product, every single time I am there. I have shopped at Whole Foods in more urban areas, but this one is something special. I feel awful for the retail workers who have to direct everyone to everything. The product placement is disorienting, and part of this is probably how the middle of the store where the dairy/tea aisle completely blocks off access to the other aisles causing traffic jams. Cute idea, but poor design. Speaking of traffic jams -- I have lost count of the amount of time's I have almost gotten hit in this parking lot. You're going to have to buy out the back lot and have a back entrance eventually, or expand further. \n\nWhat really provoked this unfortunate review: Why did you stop selling Dave's Good Seed bread? That's the best bread you had. It's a good thing there's another big competitor coming to Cleveland, because you simply don't deserve to be on top (especially since Amazon purchase). Your name brand, 365 bread is awful. It's the epitome of what people *think* multigrain bread would taste like. (Multigrain bread is usually so full of flavor and delicious but 365's version of it tastes like cardboard & wonder bread combined). Also your name brand gallons of tea are awful, specifically the lemongrass. Tasted so bad. I don't even want to return these items because I don't want to have to go back. I rather just lose the money unfortunately. I'm rating 2 stars instead of 1 because I honestly feel bad for the people who work here. :(\n\n\nEdit: I kind of have it out for this company, as you can probably tell. I wanted to mention I am just sick of having to take pictures of the sales so that I can prove to the cashier that there IS in fact a sale on not just one but a few different products every time I am there. (That's if the sales are stocked). You might say, I shouldn't have to take pictures of the sales, but I'm not going to wait an extra 5-7 mins for you to traipse around the store tracking down these products. Use the PA system to confirm sales. Inform your cashiers. Update your system. It's 2018. You already have a bad enough, national rep for ripping people off."^^ . "0"^^ . "2018-04-16T00:00:00"^^ . .
