"Do not use them! \nThey left the AC on 70 degrees power was turned on during the inspection, in a vacant home, the people doing this inspections are either inconsiderate, idiots, jerks or all of the above. \nI am a Realtor in Las Vegas, and this is not the first time I've heard about them. \nThier inspections are either lackluster or overly exaggerating cosmetics issues that are so simple \nBased on my interaction with them, definitely hire another company. \nThey left this AC on for 2 weeks in an almost 3000sq ft home that was empty! \n\nIncompetent \n\nTake my advice.
