You have to e mail them that's the only way! no one to call and nothing on the website. \nThey got back to me in about a week and told me that there is a one year contract and it's 200 dollars to cancel early. They told it says so on their agreement I don't remember it but oh well. So i suspended my account for 4 months then going to end it. I will not be back. I'm going back to hand and stone.
