"Made two visits in one, first and last!\nIf you are expecting thrift store prices here, you will be shocked!\nWho ever is doing the pricing here needs to put down the crack pipe and come back down to reality!\nIt is one of the larger restores in the area but the prices on this stuff, a lot which should have been thrown in the trash instead of donated is outrageous.\nWell worn and stained couches for $250, end tables that have major finish loss and damages such as corners busted off or cracks and that barely stand up $75 and up! Old beat up and rusty filing cabinets with out keys for the locks and drawers that won't open and close properly $75 and construction and diy home supplies for as much or more than you can go to Lowe's or Home Depot and buy them. Dishes and kitchen items way higher than Wal-Mart or the Dollar stores.\nWe have also quit going to the Kannapolis and Hickory restores for the same reason. The last time we were in the Kannapolis restore they were selling old beat up rusty washers and they wanted $250 for them.\nAll items are donated so they have no cost in them, so why not price them at bargain prices so they sell quickly.\nMy wife and I love to support restores because of what they do and the fact that most of the money goes back in to the charity instead of the CEO's bank account, but we will never shop here again because we don't go into stores like this to pay retail or higher than retail prices for used items, especially items that look like they need to be thrown in the trash!"^^ .
