Personal calls from a bill collector while leaving patients to wait, phone messages left unreturned, misinformation given regarding medication refills, conversation with Nurse without follow up, and phones left to ring without answering. \nI finally had to go to another source to get my blood pressure medication after a week without them, numerous calls, three visits to the front desk and with blood pressure at \"emergency room levels\" \nI hope that Dr. Fihn heeds the reviews and works to provide the same level of customer service as he provides in medical service."^^ .
