We were happy with the previous groomer and they seem to treat the pets well. I specifically stated that I didn't want them to cut his hair so he could stay warm this winter. When I got him back they shaved his entire chest and behind his ears but left mats around his neck that I brushed out when we got home. They fired their last groomer because customers weren't satisfied but this new groomer is much worse. Our boy won't be going back."^^ . .
