While I was in the process of moving, I realized the power chord had been lost. Okay...I will admit it, for the sake of this positive review, I did not know what kind of chord to buy. I knew how to describe it, where it goes, and even took a pic of the back of my keyboard to help determine exactly what I needed.\nSam Ash folks came to the rescue...\nNate reeled my heavy keyboard in from my car ( which is quite heavy...seriously) and allowed me to test out the chord prior to purchasing the item to make sure I got the proper one. In the real world, we are merely advised to \"keep the receipt\" but Nate spared me that routine and risk. Since I was moving, the one thing I wanted to be in working order was my beloved instrument...\nThe staff at Sam Ash truly value their customers no matter how big or small a situation may be."^^ .
