The following will cost between $250 to $300 for two people (not including drinks):\n\nHouse bread: The pretzel bread is amazing among a plethora of choices. I love the butter as well.\nAppetizers: Tuna tartare (the togarashi crisps have a kick); Maple glazed pork belly. \nMain course: American Wagyu filet with mushrooms. \nSides: Mac and cheese and yukon gold potato puree have been my favorites. The tempura onion rings are also solid. As context, I have tried almost all of the sides. \nDessert: Banana cream pie came highly recommended. I thought it was fine.\n\nSides to avoid: Bone marrow flan, crab & shrimp \"Louis\" cocktail, soft polenta. In addition, I have felt indifferent to the white asparagus (seasonal).\nToppings to avoid: I love blue cheese, but it's an expensive and overpowering optional addition to the filet.\n\nIn light of my most recent meal here, CUT has emerged as my current favorite restaurant."^^ .
