I had been given a gift card, bought prior to the owner changing hands. After I went to check out with my gift card they informed me they would only honor 1/2 the value. After speaking to the new owner and stating I shouldn't have to loose the value of the card she insisted that was her policy. I told her it was the principal of the matter and I was very disappointed. Will now find a new salon."^^ . "1"^^ .
