My rental was empty - tenants moved out and did basic cleaning but areas were missed. For the $736 I paid \"Perfectionist\" expecting no visible dirt at the end. Overall, carpet cleaning was really great and reasonable value - but the general cleaning was very disappointing and a chandelier shade was broken. \n\nThe cleaning team of FIVE arrived 30 minutes after scheduled start time. They said they were at lunch! I recommend this company stop scheduling hourly work during their lunch hour! The team was pleasant and introduced themselves then seemed to work hard for hours buffing areas that were clean - unfortunately the actual hard cleaning work was left to the last minute (literally). I redirected them to priorities with little impact - the barbecue was wiped over with a damp cloth - apparently without cleaner - leaving oily residue on outside. Sealed garage floor cleaning was started in last 30 minutes and was just hosed and wiped. When I said that I expected it to be clean the team leader stepped in throwing cleaner on it and successfully scrubbed away some dirt leaving an obvious clean \"patch\" - unfortunately the whole floor was not completed to that standard. Parts of shower wall had scale ... oven drawer and parts of refridgerator and sink area were missed. When told the light shade on a chandelier had been broken I do understand that accidents can happen - but I expect the company to try to replace it or offer to remedy the situation. \n\nBottom line is five stars for carpet cleaning crew .. two stars for cleaning so averaged to three stars. I've spoken with the owner about my concerns ....he offered to have crew come up and \"touch it up\" and I declined - I expect them to do it right the first time. He's still looking into the damage to the shade."^^ . .
