"Lack Of Professionalism! \nShowed up for my appointment today and found out on the spot that the girl I specifically requested when making the appointment had called in sick (absolutely nothing wrong with that) we are all human, I know she has a young son, life happens. We all get run down. But to receive such a poor reaction from whom I assume was the manager is unacceptable. She completely went on the defence raising her voice stating it wasn't her fault (when I never even blamed her) I merely said that the very least they could have done is call me to let me know that she wasn't in. I would have understood and greatly appreciated the heads up and would have rescheduled at a later date. Don't just assume that the customer will be fine with having another person cut their hair even if they are fully qualified!! It only seems logical that one of the first things you do when you get to work is check your r\u00E9servations, if someone calls in sick, take 5 mins and call their clients to let them know and give them the option to come anyway or reschedule. I have better things to do than waste my time going all the way downtown for nothing! It's a shame, because the girl in question is really talented and doesn't deserve to lose her client\u00E8le because of her incompetent bosses! I can't give an opinion on the other hairdressers cause I got my hair cut elsewhere today. Time will tell if I'll go back!"^^ . "0"^^ . . "0"^^ . .
