"0"^^ . "If I would have written this review the first time we were seen at 20/20 in March of 2014 I would agree to the reviews posted and would have given them a 5 star. But upon our return visit in March of 2015 everything possible went wrong. Our VSP insurance was read incorrectly and wrong information and billing was done. We were told our glasses we had repaired were in only to find after we tried to pick them up and they were not in yet. They then asked us to return our broken glasses after they gave them back to us which caused another trip to the office. Messages were left on their answering machine that were not returned. We then found out that they let go their entire office staff and hired an entire new staff. So, we decided to look beyond these small communication problems and have our annual eye appointment. Wrong move!! Again, everything went wrong. After allowing them to try two different prescriptions I still could not obtain a pair of lenses to be able to see with. I had to go to another eye doctor to be rechecked only to find out my prescription was wrong and the sunglasses they ordered for me didn't fit my face. Now after 3 months of going thru getting new lenses I was finally able to return to them my glasses and sunglasses for credit. It was a long process that was very costly. Even though I received credit for my lenses, the list of other expenses have been ignored. Dr Carmolli you should have stayed with your original staff who cared about your patients."^^ . . . "0"^^ .
