Sometimes businesses just want to try and pave over a bad review, but in this case I really got the impression they wanted to understand what happened and fix it. That means a lot.\n\nWhile I can't say that fixes everything, it certainly impressed me enough to treat this more as a lapse than an ongoing issue.
